of the Academic Secretary’s Office

The Academic Secretary’s Office is a technical body reporting to the Vice-Dean of the Faculty and its functions are as follows:

  • To carry out the coordination of undergraduate schedules.
  • Support teaching administration in the registration and filing of undergraduate student information.
  • Verify compliance with current regulations.
  • Prepare reports and certificates related to the students’ status.
  • Receive, process and dispatch student and alumni applications.
