Electronic Engineering – from the Department of Electrical Engineering – has a solid scientific-technological training, which allows its professionals to carry out and evaluate projects; plan and direct their execution, as well as the implementation and administration. It also considers design; circuit and equipment calculations; control, maintenance and optimization of engineering systems, and research in all stages of creation and application, in all areas.

Graduation Profile

The Electronic Engineering program trains professionals capable of applying knowledge of basic sciences, mathematics, management and technologies in order to design, produce, adapt and optimize goods and services for the development and well-being of society.

To this end, they are provided with solid knowledge in power electronics, automation, digital systems and computing, both to be applied in private or public companies, services and production. At the same time, the career promotes the capacity for innovation and creation that enables professionals to form their own companies.
