of the Academic Secretary’s Office
The Academic Secretary’s Office is a technical body reporting to the Vice-Dean of the Faculty and its functions are as follows:
- To carry out the coordination of undergraduate schedules.
- Support teaching administration in the registration and filing of undergraduate student information.
- Verify compliance with current regulations.
- Prepare reports and certificates related to the students’ status.
- Receive, process and dispatch student and alumni applications.
